Maths - Adventurers - WB 22.02.21 Lesson 2 TIME
In this lesson we will use our time skills for real life.
You can choose from 3 different activity levels.
Activity A is the easiest, Activity B is medium, Activity C is the hardest.
Activity A
Plan out a weekly timetable for yourself. Which activities do you want to do each day? Cut and stick the symbols onto each day of the week. You can add any others that are not included on the sheet by drawing or writing them on the correct day.
Activity B
Write important events on a calendar. It might be a calendar you have the wall or a calendar on a phone or tablet.
You could write in birthdays or special occasions that you celebrate, or activities that you are looking forward to. It would be really useful to write in all the school holidays.
If you need some ideas write in these events are which are coming up in March:
- St David's Day 1st March
- St Patrick's Day 17th March
- Mother's Day 14th March
- Red Nose Day 19th March
- The first day of Spring 20th March
You can use the calendar print out below if you want to.
Activity C
Play this calendar game online by clicking on the picture below. Remember, go down the calendar to count along in weeks and go across the calendar to the right to count forward in days.
