General support and advice follows this basic framework...

• Application is submitted to AOIS via the form above 
• AOIS will review and contact you within 10 working days**
• You will be contacted to discuss how best we can support
• This may be phone calls, emails, signposting, in-reach, training, resources - it will flex depending on need
• Any follow up will be discussed and timescales agreed.
• The support request is complete

**If the general support request does not proceed at this point the reasons will be discussed with you and we will signpost to alternative support measures
