Can you spot some adults you know in the video below?
Give each pupil their own small pot of bubbles, tell them you are going to do some bubble breathing to help them feel calm.
Get them to dip the wand into the bubble mixture, take a deep breath in and slowly blow out through the wand.
Watch the bubbles float away, imagine the bubbles are taking away their worries and fears.
