Watch and engage in this 'Sea' themed Bucket session!

This week Adventurers will find out how sharks float in the sea!

You will need:

2 small plastic bottles with lids

some cooking oil

waterproof pens (like Sharpies) 

Instructions:

Step 1 Fill one bottle with water

Step 2 Fill the other bottle with oil

Step 3 (optional)  If you have Sharpie pens then you could draw a shark mouth on each bottle.

Step 4 Fill the sink with water

Step 5 Time to have a think    -  Sharks have oil in their livers, so what do you think will happen if you put the bottles in the water?

Step 6 Put the bottles in the water.  What happens?  Do they sink or float?

Let's do a salty sea water experiment!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              

You will need some eggs, some water and some salt.
