Use a shiny or black frying/saucepan and place inside a lemon/lime. This is a contrasting colour to the pan. Move the pan around gently to cause the object to move. If you make some holes in the fruit the child will also be able to smell the scent. Encourage your child to visually observe and even reach for the objects. Swap the fruit for other objects such as a light up ball, a torch, bells.
