Fun Peanut roll exercises 

These are fun peanut roll exercises to help with self-regulation and to build muscle strength. Activities include:

 - Balance

 - Superman/Superwoman

 - Target throw or placement

 - Kneeling roll on the peanut roll

 - Animal Zoo Rescue

 - Deep pressure - very calming

These exercises can be performed on a ball too. Please adapt according to ability.
