Addington School

'Air' Yoga Flow

Join Amber as she takes you through a 15 minute yoga flow with the theme of 'Air' to help you with thinking and problem-solving. Start with a 2 minute breathing exercise before trying out 4 poses including Butterfly, Super Hero, Giraffe and Eagle (if you're feeling flexible) before finishing with 3 minutes of mindful colouring. 

You will need:

A mat or towel

A mindful colouring sheet

A few colouring pens / pencils
