15 minute Yoga Sequence

 

Join Amber as she takes you through a 15 minute yoga flow sequence with the theme of 'Earth' to help you feel more grounded and to re-energise ready for the day's activities!

Start with a short breathing exercise and then try out 4 yoga poses including Mountain, Angel Wings, Tree and Snake before finishing with 3 minutes of mindful colouring.

 

You will need:

  • a towel or a mat
  • a selection of colouring pens
  • a print out of one of the below templates for mindful colouring:
