15 minute Yoga Sequence
Join Amber as she takes you through a 15 minute yoga flow sequence with the theme of 'Earth' to help you feel more grounded and to re-energise ready for the day's activities!
Start with a short breathing exercise and then try out 4 yoga poses including Mountain, Angel Wings, Tree and Snake before finishing with 3 minutes of mindful colouring.
You will need:
- a towel or a mat
- a selection of colouring pens
- a print out of one of the below templates for mindful colouring:
