Maths - Pioneers - activity 10

This is a game for 2 or more players.

In this activity you will need some money.  It's great to play with real money but you can also play it with fake money.

Print out and cut up the fake money resource sheet, and give each player £10 to start.  There will need to be lots of money in the 'bank' to give change or to pay players.

You only need to print and cut out the £1 and £2 coins, and £5 and £10 notes.

Print out the board game resource sheet below

Make sure you read through the rules before you begin.

To make this game easier you could just use £10 notes and £1 coins.

To make this game more challenging you could play without any money but keep a running total of how much each player has as you play the game.

The winner is the player who reaches the finish line first!
