The Carol Concert due to be held on 13th December has been cancelled.
Dear Parents/Carers
It is with huge disappointment that I regretfully have to announce that the Carol Concert (due to be held on 13th December) will not be going ahead. As you will know, there has been an increase in the number of Covid cases in the local area and we do not want to increase the risk of any of the Addington community contracting the virus. The timing of the carol concert would mean that anyone contracting the virus at the event would likely end up self-isolating up to Christmas day and the very last thing we want is for anyone to miss out on enjoying their Christmas.
We will still be having our grand Christmas Hamper draw and details of how you can take part will be posted shortly.
I know this decision will be disappointing for everyone that loves this event, however I do hope that you can see it has been made with the very best of intentions.
