School Council

The Student Council represent the views of the students at Addington School. We work alongside school management and staff to benefit the school and students, keeping Addington a safe, friendly and vibrant school.

Student representatives are elected by their fellow students at the beginning of each academic year.  They discuss issues and collect ideas from their classes to share at meetings.  All students are encouraged to talk to their Council rep about anything that affects them in school.

Our students always come up with exciting new ideas and interesting views.  We have been involved with Anti bullying week, extra-curricular clubs, choosing play time games and equipment, a visit from a dance group and fundraising for charities such as Children in Need and Great Ormond Street Hospital.
