Addington School is an Outstanding Special School for children and young people with learning difficulties and associated disabilities.
All our pupils have a Statement of Special Educational Need or an Education and Health Care Plan. We are able to accommodate up to 205 pupils, aged between 3 and 19 years.
Addington School is based in Woodley and is a Wokingham maintained school.
We are very fortunate to have a purpose built environment which makes our school a fantastic place for learning and wider curriculum enrichment. We have particular strengths in our Music Specialist status and our SEN Specialism in Cognition and Learning.
Most importantly we believe in a positive ethos based on mutual respect where we are all learning together to be ‘a community committed to excellence and the development of the potential of all’.

We are supporting ‘Save The Children’s’ Christmas Jumper Day on Friday 16 December. Jumpers or T-Shirts can be worn (can be hand decorated!!) Suggested donation is £1 and all proceeds will be sent to ‘Save The Children’
